Son has foodie craving n he misses good food.he dreams of grannny baking her delicious bread and me cooking in the kitchen.so to make his foodie dream come true,last night i baked 2 loaves of corn bread.i put in sweet corn kernel n thyme n strip of chicken ham.the bread was delicious with mayo,buttermilk n eggs.
Then i roasted a lemon pepper chicken glazed with honey n italian herbs n olive oil.it was great to eat with pineapple n cherry tomatos.jun ate the loaf of bread.only one left for this week breakfast.
