Love zumba dance.the heatwave and haze is really bad today.i was sweating like a pig after half an hour zumba and sneezing non stop.my eyes are itchy.maybe i need to exercise indoors as haze and heat cause dehydration and sore throat.i cant go swimming coz the haze is thick.
Just hope it rains heavily to clear heat n haze.
