Im sick.sore throat,running nose,itchy eyes.need to go clinic get medical relief.no appetite except for cold drinks.this air pollution is sickening.hope to be well soon.this week im a bing meow or sick cat,sleeping n resting a lot.crazy hot n hazy in morning,cold n thunderstorm in evening.sudden weather changes
I went to govt clinic for relief.service was meticulous n systematic,good public healthcare.those with high fever were tested for dengue n i go swab for covid.tests were negative.doc advised me stop outdoor activity as i sneeze,running nose sore throat n itchy eyes.so i will be a mall rat next week.
