then i baked 21 mini tarts.half were avocado puree with fruits,natural mousse with no added sugar.the other is almond milk coffee custard with raisins.then i cleaned the kitchen table top and cooking utensils until close to midnite.i hope the tarts last 8 days,so tiring to keep baking bread,cakes n tarts all the time.
