Kneading dough

altho i have an electric cake n bread mixer,i prefer to knead the wholemeal dough to bake bread .there is therapy in mixing the yeast n shortening into the dough and kneading it.then wait 2 hours for dough to rise.its the magic of baking bread so that i dont buy the commercially made bread.there is self satisfaction to eat bread hot and fresh from the oven.
