dawn is my favourite time when a new day arises.ive been reading willy wo lap lams book China after Deng Xiao Peng given to me as a gift when i reconnected with my high school english teacher ms anita lopez who is a Carmelite nun now.i love her wisdom and philosophical approach to teaching shakespeare post colonial literature from a house for mr biswas to wole soyinka.she made me passionate about poetry and writing.she said i was a square peg trying to fit into a rpund hole and advised me to be myself,no point trying to chamge myself to fit in.she also told me to read up on the blue bird of happiness when i told her i wanted to go on a soul searching journey
