now i only eat white meat once a meal.last nite i had vegan dinner with a tub of low fat yoghurt,2 slices of zucchini bread and a kiwi fruit.tonite i had a mixed fruit salad of tangerine,kiwi fruit,papaya n pineapple,2 pieces of thai pandan chicken with thai sweet chilli sauce n cup of chinese tea.i could only eat a piece of chicken and gave another to jun to eat.now ive gotten used to portion control so i eat less.when hungry i drink a cup of instant oat n rye.maybe i can train myself to eat two meals a day n have an oat drink for dinner.
