Breakfast muffins n leftover stew

I tried baking savoury muffins and these Italian cheese spinach muffinxs are super delicious i used italian herb seasoning,milk,greek yoghurt,cheddar n mozarella cheese shavings,gonna eat with italian tomato meatloaf next week . Dinner i used leftover meat from wedding dinner like roast duck,roast pork,deep fried pork belly cha yuk,mustard leaves,tamarind slices and dried chilli.the stew tasted like thai Tom Yam or Szechuan Mala with fiery sour taste.its good to eat hot n spicy food on a cold rainy nite.the thunderstorm is so heavy it toppled some plastic pots of plants in my balcony.kitty is warm n cozy on the felt throw on my sofa.
