Many similarity in Italian n Chinese cuisine.

Italians and Chinese share common love of fine cuisine.Pasta and noodles,rice and rissoto,wanton and dumpling and ravioli and tortellini ,gnocchi and yam gnocchi. today i cooked a Hakka dish sun poon chee or yam abascus like yam gnocchi.its chewy and springy coz use glutinuous flour.stir fry with dark soya sauce,oyster sauce,dried shrimp,shitake mushroom,bean sprout and minced mock soyameat.i plan to cook traditional chinese food for dragon boat festival tomorrow like chicken braised woth chestnut and gingko nut n goji berry,steam fish and prawn egg foo yong Amazing.creativity of Italians culinary skill in making pasta different shapesand recipes from fusilli,macaroni,shell,spiral,fettucine,lasagne ,the use of different sauce n cheese in cooking pasta.the Chinese only have long strands but recipe varies.Now the craze in Malaysia is Lanzhou La Mian orMee Tarik.Szechuan Mala.hot pot is another popular cuisine as Malaysian Chinese love spicy food.Today an old Chinese aunty asked the char kwayteow hawker to add more chilli as she needed more kick to her rice noodles.Mala peppercorn is hotter than birds eye chilli.wow tears come flowing when i ate the noodles in Chengdu and mucus stream out of my nose.its a hundred times spicier than wasabi mixed with black pepper and birds eye chilli.i had stomach upset after eating it. .
