finally second time make almond jelly i succeeded by learning from first failure.needed to mix konyakyu powder with water n into a paste then added monk fruit sweetener a drops of almond extract.mix real almomd milk with some fresh milk and boil and stir non stop.its somuch work for a simple jelly.
