cooked lunar new year eve dessert tonite.dinner is mashed sweet potato,grilled salmon in lemon mustard sauce with italian herbs n a salad.
for reunion dessert i will serve tong yuen with black sesame filling in ginger lemongrass soup n this classic osmanthus flower,goji berry n chopped chestnut jelly mooncake.im trying an indonesian hoen hwe rice pudding with sliced banana n jackfruit cubes and custard bao.i hope my food monster doesnt gobble all my readymade desserts or i will discount his ang pow packet.
