Home cooking

dining out has caused me indigestion.i took lemon juice n my magical super green supplement to detoxify n cleanse my system.i cook most meals n bake breads,cakes n tarts.now i use non gluten noodles like quinoa noodles,soba,buckwheat spaghetti n konyakku or sweet potato noodles.only eat ten grain rice or basmati faizal herbal rice.with the price of chicken gping to raise,pity us poor middle class as chicken is in demand by all races.i bought free range chicken drumsticks at rm11 each to cook Hainan chicken rice.i havent bought organic free range chicken for over one year as its too expensive.since Jun is helping pay for utility bills,i thought id cook his favourite chicken rice.one whole kampung chicken cost a bomb at rm 49.00 for a small chicken.i usually buy antibiotic n hormone free keesiong chicken.but the best texture is still springy free range chicken.he is so fussy n insist i make minced ginger and chilli dip.nowadays hes used to home baked cakes n bread n refused to eat the commercially baked cakes n bread.its full of additives n pteservatives.as hes so hypoallergic ,i use natural rosewater n almond extract,corn oil,omega eggs n nut milk to bake.for colouring i use beetroot or pumpkin powder,pandan leaves or bluepea flower.the cakes n bread dont last a week as hes a big food monster.
