Light meal


 The temperature yesterday was 37degree celsius at noon.i exercised on empty stomach from 10 to 11 am.scorching hot 34 degree celsius.after doing workout machines my left leg had cramps.i forgot to bring bottle of water so i think to prevent dehydration i need to drink electrolyte hundred plus and eat a banana before workout.i invest in kefir n kombucha to restore gut bacteria.local msia avocado at rm3.50 each is cheaper than imported ones.
