Discrimination

 Racial discrimination rears its ugly head in France.As with the US Black Lives matter,racial discrimination results in police brutality.,As a minority in the US or Europe,they face discrimination by public security officers.the chances of Islamophobia mixed with the fact minorities come from poor neighbourhoods with history of crime and violence makes them likely targets of suspicious activity.

The teens never used guns or weapons to retaliate so to shoot unarmed ,defenceless youths for traffic violations is uncalled for over the call of duty.another George Floyd in another ethnic discrimation case or is it cold blooded murder in broad daylight?

The chasm between the West and All the Rest is a geopolitical struggle between the old world order and an emerging new world order.when the US imported slaves to reduce labour cost of production of agricultural work,it set the stage to introduce diversity of ethnic groups to a predominantly white European historical migrants so now the old world follows the orders of the new world.but as civilizations evolve and progress,changes are seen in the

rise of a new order comprising undeveloped and developing nations calling for a new multipolarity whether from central Asia to Latin America to Africa to the Middle East

The structural changes in a global institution will need to accomodate a new reality.

If Europe does a reality check,it will see how inequality  between the immigrant and native population ,the poverty gap,joblessness,clash of cultural values are the spark that will ignite social unrest if the fundamental problems like biased criminal justice system is not solved.

As Europe becomes multiethnic,it only needs to look at the US to see the future challenges it will face.the migrants must not have the victim mentality and instill a culture that sets them to hard work,resilience and self reliance to bring changes to the younger generation and break away from stereotypes of gangster,drug dealers and potential criminals and terrorists.blaming others for the problems of their own making is self defeating.
