Healthy meal





 Lunch is vegetarian rice rolls with chilli n bean sauce,crystal dumplings with yam bean filling,mango and a dragonfruit,apple smoothie with yoghurt.

Dinner i cooked jndian muslim dish mee mamak goreng.i put in noodles,shrimp,fish ball,crab stick,bean sprouts,taufu puff,tomato and spiced with curry powder,chilli sauce,kicap manis n 2 beaten eggs
