Dinner i cooked salted fish curry with pumpkin n brinjal or eggplant.the fragrant salted fish is iempered by sweetness of pumpkin and ccreamy coconut milk.i cooked beancurd stuffed with fish paste in a black kicap manis sauce like ayam masak hitam.the sauce is Malay but beancurd puff stuffed with fish paste is chinese.
