At the wet market,i spotted a unicorn leatherjacket fish.it looks pretty ugly but the flesh is soft,white n sweetish.i quickly bought it to make Juns favourite childhood delicacy the fish shepherds pie with fresh button mushroom,parsley,mixed carrot n peas sauteed in a creamy chicken broth .the mashed potato is sprinkled with parmesan n cheddar cheese.its quite hard to find the unicorn fish as
the grilled fish stalls preorder all available catch n the stock is dwindling.
