Nasi ulam or herb rice.

last nite i had leftover basmati ponni rice.so for lunch i cooked nasi ulam or herb rice.i put in the shredded betel leaf i foraged,pink torchginger flowers shreds,lemon grass ( Use young ones n only the centre tender part),shreded toasted coconut kerisik,long beans,cucumber,dried prawns.i was lazy to flake saba fish fillet into the rice.the ones i eat are bright blue as they use artificial colouring.mine use butterfly pea flower but the chemical reacyion with belacan,salt n sugar cause rice to turn pale grey.but it was aromatic with herbs. i ate with vegetarian curry rendang.now my tummy is gonna burst.
