Sunday dinner

today i was surprised the frozen seafood supplier i go to regularly has run out of stock for frozen butterfish,patin fillet and pacific cod.seems consumers are budget conscious n buy frozen seafood nowadays.i had to look for another shop and bought a packet of hotate scallops for rm10 and a packet of salmon trimmings for rm10.the green choy sum flower was more pricy at rm 5 per small bundle.i cooked salted egg yolk salmon trimmings with egg foo yong style and stir fried green vege with mini hotate scallops.i need to shop for bargains to eat well.jun likes home cooking so i make effort to try new recipes.he loved the rosemary lemon grilled chicken breast.hope he appreciates my latest recipes.tomorrow gonna bake zucchini bread with chopped pineapple,raisins n carrot.
