A Malaysian at heart

Im tired of eating Chinese food day n nite for a week.i had a strong craving for malaysian food.so for hreakfast i had nasi lemak,lempeng,apam with coconut milk n this morning i had roti canai with egg n onion n a cup of teh tarik kurang manis.i miss spicy food so today i will cook spicy sourish asam laksa.for ren ri i ate char kway teow i cooked with chives,mussels,fish ball n egg with raw fish salad.a typical Malaysian Chinese,we cant do without chilli padi or hot birds eye chilli.when we visited Beijing with a tour group,some old aunty smuggle a packet of birds eye chilli which she shared with us as we were fed up of bland food.we put soya sauce with the chilli.the chinese chef came out n reprimanded us for using his knife to cut the chilli as the next Chinese customer complained that his dish of tomato was damn fiery spicy.ha ha long live sambal belacan n chilli padi.
