today im cooking steamed yam cake or wu tao ko.this is premium taro cake using chopped scallops,chinese sausage,shitake mushroom,salted radish n red bean curd to flavour it.garnish with deep fried shallot,red chilli,fried chopped dried prawns n tong choy.yummy
