Prosperity bowl poon choi

i cooked poon choi or prosperity bowl.instead of turnip i uae snow lotus as its sweeter.the yukon root taste better.yam n yukon root topped with chicken,mini abalone,dried oyster n scallop,shitake mushrooms,fish maw,sea cucumber,shrimp n brocolli n black moss.the mini abalone was rm 17 a can n the mushroom n dried oystersn scallops were gifts.i cooked a bowl for elder sisters families.my budget of rm 200 for 2 bowls was not exceeded.so cheaper to cook at home.the most pricy was 6 sea cucumbwr from sabah at rm 60 for 6 mini ones and rm 40 for fish maw.vegwtables cost rm15 and 6 prawnsn 2 drumsticksat rm12.fishballs cost rm 6 a packet and black moss rm 8 a small packet.
