Wonderful live outdoors where air is fresh,trees are green n warm sunshine is boosting good mood.saw a tai chi exponent practise broad sword n long pole and so agile and precise in movements.when i do stretching beside Romi Hulk the Bulk it make me feel tiny,puny n puts me to shame beside his rock solid muscles.a mosquito beside an elephant ha ha
