Although i enjoy fine food,this year i avoided indigestion and heart burn by consuming tigermilks mushroom soup n soymilk,kefir ,kombucha n eat fresh persimmons and hawthorn flakes.i eat vegetarian meals on alternate days too.
i also keep up with exercises to burn off calories.yipee just now i measure blood pressure at pharmacy,it was 115/60,
time to celebrate with nyonya snacks of pineapple tarts,green pea cookies and soft nien gao thats so sticky like dodol.i earn the mood to snack after my workout.
