today a zumba mate brought her friend from China to join our line dance session.She taught us to do kung fu moves using the same classical chinese music we dance to.It was interesting sharing our exercise workout but the kung fu moves exerted more stamina as we coordinate with breathwork and soft power.very good exchange of lessons .As the lion dance orginated from China has now adapted to Nanyang movements,we see how culture evolves and adapt new elements.
