Organized life

Age is catching up.i get forgetful where i park my car in the huge shopping malls so i need to snap a photo of pillar no.when in cooking i need to reorganize stock of sauces n spices because i cook international recipes from thai to spanish food..Even now i use electric n infrared cooker n oven to cook as there is a self timer that automatically shuts off after a time limit.Using gas to cook is dangerous if gas leaks and explosion may happen.i remembered one nite i forgot to switch off the gas stove and the windows were all closed with no ventilation.luckily when i went to kitchen to get a drink the pungent smell of rotten durians alerted me to check the stove. As we get forgetful and more clumsy,we need to modify how we do things.A stupid cat lying on kitchen rug is recipe for disaster as i often trip over the catloaf n he yelps in pain when i accidentally step on him.so now i put the rug in living room. Even the toilet tiles ive changed to rough surfaced ones n wear slipper with good grip.need to reorganize our home to make it safer.
