my craving for Hainan chicken rice.for the rice i use faizal basmati herbal with low glycemic index.its perfect firm n small grain,not mushy.i prepared minced ginger paste,oyster soya sauce n chilli sauce n fried bean sprouts.jun said better than eat chicken rice outside when they slice it paper thin breast meat.
chicken not as springy as free ramge bentong chicken with rice noodles n dumpling at kampung chicken wantan at section 17,pj.
