went grocery shopping at a discounted hypermart looking for bargains.the fish n seafood were not fresh n stink to high heaven.jun scolded me for being cheapskate as he heard horror stories from friends of finding worms n rotting meat.i had to go to wet market in SS2 for better quality fresh meat.i bought a packet of local mussels for rm10 a packet,2 huge chicken chop for rm7 and a packet of 10 pieces of yong tau foo at rm10. my regular fruit seller sold me Kenya avocado at rm3.30 each,a pack of Turkey cherry at rm15 and a pack of 9 south african nectarines for rm12. i fried yong tau foo for lunch and ate with rice rolls n fried soya noodles for Jun.for dinner i cooked rice vermicelli in soup with salmon trimming,vege n tomatos.Frozen salmon trimmings cost rm10 a packet.
