Just had an urge to leave the concrete jungle and heat trap so took a leisurely drive to the waterfall.skipped the park workout as i hiked to the waterfall.Its nicer to go weekdays as there are crowds of people on weekend.
Avoided the monkeys hanging around the trees n ground as i m scared of Monkeypox.
Wow it was so refreshing to dip in the pool and i got real wet n wild but im so very happy to be where there is greenery,fresh air and waterfall.I love it.saw pools with lots of small fish w

I got caught in a hellish traffic jam when i drove back home as all the traffic lights in Selayang were not functioning so long traffic jams waiting to disperse.lucky a civic minded Grab food rider helped to direct traffic at the junction.kita jaga kita .
My knees were hurting badly by the time i reached home.next time i need to wear knee guard and use walking poles.
But overall a fun day in the waterfall.i feel great in nature
