I cooked ayam pongteh a nyonya chicken braised in bean paste,star anise,five spice powder n shitake mushrooms.then i cooked a malay dish gulai ikan tonggol with the tuna i bought.added chunks of cucumber.taste like Capitol nasi dagang or traders rice.
