The mid autumn or lantern festival is coming.im gonna learn to make snow skin mooncakes which is nice eaten chilled.im gonna buy ready made red bean paste for the filling.im so worried as its my first time.my late mom baked the best cantonese mooncakes,shanghai mooncake n snowskin mooncakes.how i wish i had learnt from her but never mind youtube tutorials will be my teacher.
