pea soup with ham,sourdough tomato bread with italian herbs n a steamed duck liver chinese sausage.some grapes n blueberries. donner i cooked indian style curry chicken with cinnnamom stick n star anise n cardamom n usual fragrant lemon grass,galanggal,ginger,onion,gatlic but no tumeric .a salad of tomato n cucumber. i found one drumstick belongs to a cock not a hen as jun says it nearly broke his teeth to bite it.im gonna scold my poultry seller at the wet market could be from an old ayam pencen.i find it hard to estimate if inside of meat is well cooked as it is seared brown on outside.chef suggested i buy a cooking thermometer to be certain i dont consume any undercooked fish or duck.there is an art and science in cooking.im still a newbie cook with lots to learn. i saw spiny gourds called kakrol in NSK mart.its eaten in Bangladesh.looks like a lime but its not.gonna research more.
