Eat less,live longer





Does reducing calorie intake thro fasting prolong lives?

As body ages,metabolism rate slows down.having 3 meals a day is social conditioning.monastics eat only twice a day and now i find i have no appetite for dinner.a late breakfast and lunch at 4.30 pm suffice.at times i take an oat drink n fruit for dinner and ive no hunger pangs but Jun is worried ill starve or like his friend get anorexia nervosa.but i feel just listen to the body.i eat when im hungry.

  Had indian stringhoppers with fresh grated coconut n palm sugar for lunch .dinner i cooked stuffed fish paste into cucumber n red pepper.i cooked lettuce with tuna flakes.

Then baked mini quiche lorraine with chicke




n ham,spinach n cherry tomatos.will have it for lunch tomorrow.
