Support local food

I try to buy locally grown food to give domestic agribusiness a boost.but our production is limited by lack of labour and techno know how.i love fruit with strong smell except for stinky durians.i love cempedak, jackfruit, quinin and machang mango, but they are grown by smallholders so supply is very limited.commercialise and export them as im sure China and Japan would love exotic tropical fruits.i get kiwi fruit from Chile, cherry from Turkey, blueberry from South Africa, lychee from China, mango from Thailand and avocado from Kenya.so why cant i find chiku, durian belanda and mangga quinin from Malaysia?

Yang chow chinese fried rice with stir fried lettuce and butter chicken for Jun ,a red yeast rice chicken bao, fruit salad and a cip of oat black sesame drink for me.
