Fail to plan is plan to fail

Selangor is the state devastated by landslides n floods.it used to happen yearly in east coast of kelantan n terengganu.but poor urban planning in the most industralised state turned us into a disaster state still remember landslide that topple highland towers?well its happening again in Ampang.so what does it tell on overdevelopment. Singapore is very urbanised but does it suffer flash floods that destroy cars and roads,flooded homes or landslides.No,so look at Hong Kong.does landslide occur No what has gone wrong with Selangor? after frequent water cuts,now too much water!another problem is overbuildimg luxury condos and malls.soon we will have ghost malls n ghost cities too.China is facing this issue and soon so will our state
