its a very wet,cold rainy day.there are flash floods in kl n parts of pj.im grateful to stay in a high rise that is free from flooding.i cooked nyonya braised chicken in bean paste,gula melaka,five spice powder,star anise,cinammon stick,dark soy sauce,shitake mushroom ,egg until the sauce caramelises n sticky.cooked spinach lettuce.eat with steam mantou.bon appetit for comfort food ayam pong teh on a cold nite
