when my upekkha is not of sync,i head to the hills for the sound of nature.the monkeys were waiting up in the trees to snatch my drink n breakfast.the rippling streams,sunlight peering from the branches and the trees ooze a sense of serenity.with peace of mind restored time to return to concrete jungle.
