Korean pajeon

thankful for globalization,i can eat food from diverse cultures.the only foreign cuisine we had as baby boomer was KFC and A&W.the only Asean cuisine was Sri Siam n Sri Thai.Now i can try French,Italian,spanish,Japanese,Korean,Vietnamese,and a plentitude of food.tonite i cooked korean cabbage n green scallion pancake or pajeon.its vegetarian n healthy as i used non stick pan.for jun i cooked spaghetti bolognaise with chicken mince,spinach n cherry tomatos with italian herbs n bay leaf.i had the MD 2 pineapple as dessert n cup of hot pu er tea.i like cooking at home as i àm adventurous with foreign cuisine.jun loves my korean japchae.
