Sunday is Funday.The Zumba session in the park was so fun and we Malaysians of all races Indian ,Malay n Chinese exercise as one Malaysia. i felt the heart pounding and tons of sweat pouring down my neck and back like crazy.i was so dehydrated despite drinking my small bottle of mineral water so when i reached home,time to make my own energy drink.its my concoction of the Witch's Brew.Better than Red Bull and Carabao.its equal parts tigers beer,Tonic drink 100 plus and Vita 1,000 mg lemon juice vitamin C and juice n zest of 1 fresh lemon.After gulping 2 glasses my body felt less parched n heated up.its Vitamin B complex,Vitamin C and electrolyte.Huat,Huat Kuat Kuat seperti Hari hari Mau. the big pisang tanduk i bought i cooked indonesian hoen kwe cake with coconut milk lined with banana slices n jackfruit.the bananas were firm unlike usual banana that become soggy n mushy when hot mixture is poured on it.my verdict is better than the italian pannacotta of heavy cream as the hoen kwe flour is gluten free made of mung bean n corn flour n i used stevia sugar.the kuoh is soft n wobbly with crunchy jackfruit n firm banana.best la
