International taste bud

I love cooking and tasting cuisines from diverse cultures.Yesterday i cooked French tuna rilletes with canned tuna flakes, herbal cream cheese, greek yoghurt, sour cream, shallots n chives.it was so smooth n creamy like the french chicken liver pate i made to eat with toasted crusty bread.dinner i cooked the zucchini i bought for rm2.40 from the 2Eco shop.medium sized i scooped out the seeds and made Italian baked zucchini boat with mock soya meat, chopped tomatos, onions, parsley, basil, italian herb seasoning, cayenne pepper and mozarella n parmesan cheese.Jun loved it and didnt realise it was vegetarian..cooked a butter garlic brown rice and chilled tofu in miso topped with nori sheet n sesame.drink is ginseng crysanthemum tea w goji berry. grilled chicken turkish kofta kebab on chopsticks
im glad the transnational railway line connects malaysia, thailand, laos, yunnan and guangxi.i can get fruit like lychee and snow pears and fresh vege like brocolli from China at lower cost of refrigerated trains and we export fresh durians, mangosteen n jackfruit to China.it eases cross border tourism too
as i prefer taking land routes now at leisurely pace as the incidents of air turbulence due to climate change freaks me out.
