Western meal

i cooked tuna rilletes to eat with mashed potato like shepherd pie. i bought a salmon fillet at half price discount at Giant hypermart.decided to cook macaroni in crab chowder withsalmon fillet chicken sausage,button mushrooms n chives.so yummy and easy as i used Campbell crab chowder as quick meal. i found price of shrimps dropped due to oversupply.i got a kilo of sea shrmps of decent size at rm33 a kilo.i bought half a kilo,panfried them n made a chunky sauce with minced garlic,onion n ginger with tomato ketchup,chilli sauce n worcestershire sauce made by Lingam.it tasted like nyonya asam prawns.then made chive omellete.Jun says its a feast tonite as i only buy shrmps for festivals.he loved the tart sweetish prawns and irresistible he overate.the shrimps were sooo fresh n crunchy as i seared on high heat until curl slightly n made special sauce.now workout more lower cholesterol.good weather lowers seafood price.
