today I tried a recipe for Italian meat loaf.i used grated beetroot,celery,big onion,minced,chicken,italian herbs,mozarella cheese,tomato puree,breadcrumbs and an egg topped with parmesan cheese,it was delicious.i think i will cook tuna rilletes and rissole next week only.i wont mind living in Italy for a short stay as i love Italian food.still looking for good pannacotta recipe yum good food is good life
